Yes, comments are disabled on her YouTube video. But honestly, why does everyone see this as a "problem?" I know it's common wisdom to assume that if you hide comments you're "scared" of receiving criticism or some other bullshit, but think beyond that please.
1) Comments enabled would just allow hate speech and actual sexism to persist because the internet has already determined that everyone hates Anita. No matter how thoughtful or constructive your criticisms might be, YouTube's 500 character limit isn't the best place to give it, plus it would be drowned out by the trolls and haters spewing negativity.
2) Her videos are also meant more as a teaching tool, not a vlog series, and as such are potentially going to be used in classrooms. Probably a good idea to keep nasty comments of homophobia, racism, sexism, etc off of the main source of the video. I think that's backed up beautifully by having her tell parents to preview the
